Each session with Nancy is individual to the client and is guided by the client’s body to explore freeing blocked energy.  Transmutation of that blocked energy enriches the body, liberating it to explore deeper levels of awareness.  A session could include any and or all of the following modalities:  

Yoga Bodywork – a gentle guided yoga session using breath to free blocked areas

Breathplay- a powerful transmuter of energy

Breema- bodywork that incorporates sequences that taps into all that Is healthy in your body and encourages the rest to join in. 

HeartSpirit - Awakening the power of the heart and with this awareness empowering the body to entrain to a higher vibration

Reiki – a universal energy that assists with transmutation
